Welcome to Biyaherong Chess App. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Biyaherong Chess App is an educational platform designed to help users improve their chess skills. The platform includes features such as chess analysis tools, puzzle training, an opening trainer with spaced repetition, educational videos, master game databases, and personal study tools. Features may change or improve over time.
Some features require users to create an account. Users agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under their account. You must be at least 5 years old to create an account.
The app offers an optional paid subscription called Biyaherong Premium. Premium features may include unlimited puzzle solving, full access to the Opening Trainer with spaced repetition, access to exclusive videos, and other tools.
The subscription price is $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year. That is the base price in US dollars; the App Store and Google Play convert it to your local currency and show the exact amount before you confirm, so the figure you are charged is the one displayed at purchase.
Subscriptions are purchased inside the app through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscription codes issued directly by us are redeemed in the app on Android.
Free users may have limited access to certain features, including a limited number of puzzles per day, and restricted access to premium content (including the Opening Trainer).
The platform may allow voluntary donations or sponsorships to support development, sponsor students, and fund educational initiatives. Donations are generally non-refundable.

All software, designs, branding, and educational materials belong to Biyaherong Chess App unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without prior written permission.
The app may experience scheduled maintenance, updates, or temporary outages. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
Biyaherong Chess App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any outages, data loss, or decisions made using the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Profile page or by contacting us via email. Upon deletion, all your data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers. See our Account Deletion page for details.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
