Welcome to Biyaherong Chess App. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Biyaherong Chess App is an educational platform designed to help users improve their chess skills. The platform includes features such as chess analysis tools, puzzle training, AI coaching assistance, educational videos, master game databases, and personal study tools. Features may change or improve over time.
Some features require users to create an account. Users agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under their account. You must be at least 5 years old to create an account.
The app offers an optional paid subscription called Biyaherong Premium. Premium features may include unlimited puzzle solving, unlimited coach chat, access to exclusive videos, and other tools.
The subscription price is ₱99 per month (or ₱999 per year). Subscription codes are purchased at biyaherongchesscoach.com and redeemed within the app. The subscription may automatically renew depending on the payment provider.
Free users may have limited access to certain features, including a limited number of puzzles per day, limited coach chat sessions, and restricted access to premium content.
The platform may allow voluntary donations or sponsorships to support development, sponsor students, and fund educational initiatives. Donations are generally non-refundable.

All software, designs, branding, and educational materials belong to Biyaherong Chess App unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without prior written permission.
The AI Coach feature provides educational chess advice only. The advice may not always be perfect or accurate and should be treated as a learning aid, not professional coaching. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI Coach responses.
The app may experience scheduled maintenance, updates, or temporary outages. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
Biyaherong Chess App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any outages, data loss, or decisions made using the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Profile page or by contacting us via email. Upon deletion, all your data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers. See our Account Deletion page for details.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
