You can permanently delete your Biyaherong Chess App account and all associated data at any time.
This page explains what data is deleted and how to request deletion.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, all your data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers.
There is no grace period or recovery option.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is immediately and permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, username, bio, profile photo)
- All puzzle attempts, ratings, and solve history
- Puzzle streak records and scores
- Puzzle Rush scores and history
- All analysis sessions, folders, and saved games
- AI Coach conversation history
- Tournament participation records
- Social connections (followers and following)
- Active subscriptions and redemption history
- All authentication tokens (you are logged out everywhere)
How to Delete Your Account In-App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Biyaherong Chess App:

Open the app and go to Profile (tap your avatar or the Profile tab).

Scroll to the bottom of your Profile page to find the "Delete Account" button in the danger zone.

Tap "Delete Account" and confirm the warning dialog.

Enter your account password to verify your identity.

Your account and all data are immediately and permanently deleted. You will be logged out and redirected to the login screen.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us. Include the email
address associated with your account and we will process the deletion within 7 days.
